I recommend you to consider buying this model, it definitely worth its money. Seems that the material is good. It has a very beautiful color but I don’t really like the texture. This is a pretty decent product that perfectly fitted the interior of our office.
№3 – Coleman Pop-Up Tent
Why did this pop up tents take third place?
This price is appropriate since the product is very well built. I liked the design. We’ve been using it for 2 months and it still looks like brand new. It is inconvenient to use due to the size. I am going to get something different next time. The material is incredibly nice to the touch. It has a great color, which will suit any wallpapers.
pop up tents Buyer’s Guide
Tents are still the most popular means of camping though camping pods are becoming more popular. They are commonly made of fabrics like cotton (canvas), nylon or polyester. These materials are suitable for different types of tents and all have their advantages and disadvantages. Indeed manufacturers often combine mixtures of these materials in order to combine the benefits.
Unlike nylon polyester made tents can withstand long periods in the sun. It is also slightly thicker and more durable than nylon. Do look out for those that specify they include a breathable coating to keep water out but allow air flow otherwise they can suffer from condensation build up and also be stuffy inside.
There are numerous tent shapes you should be aware of. Which you should choose will depend on your intended use and the type of weather you plan to use the tent in. For example a family tent would generally be larger and taller for full height access whereas a season tent for winter use would be lower and more aerodynamic in order to stand up to the elements.
Windy conditions will always pose a problem for campers particularly when it comes to erecting a tent. To make life easier in terms of camping in windy or snowy conditions consider a dome shaped tent. These are really simple to assemble and generally stable due to the 2, or pole system they employ. The poles criss-cross and pass through the center of the roof creating an arched ceiling with a square, hexagonal or octagonal footprint. At head height this creates lots of room because of that they are one of the most popular purchased tents on the market. Some models also offer separate sleeping rooms or a porch for storage.
If you are the type of a camper who explores camping grounds in any type of condition, you must therefore be a perfect match for this convertible tent. Whether you are on a summer trip or on a stormy adventure, this gives you options with the following features like poles, vestibules and a rainfly. It features solid nylon panels and mesh windows on its walls that you can zip up. It is heavier in weight, thus making it sturdier and more versatile than the other types.
Bug protection is also sacrificed. Many use a tarp tent in conjunction with a bivy tent or hammock beneath. They use the tarp simply for overhead protection from exposure to sunlight or rain.
If you’re planning a trip up Everest or Kanytime soon then chances are you’ll want to take a Geodesic tent. These are generally the most stable designs on the market. Support poles criss-cross over the surface creating a triangular panel type structure. For windy or extreme weather conditions these are your best bet. Geodesic or semi-geodesic designs are for those who take camping seriously and perhaps go it alone or with a friend, so not really suited to the family camping market.
Pacific Breeze Easy Setup Beach Tent
Talk about tents these days and you’ll end up talking inflatable. Pretty much every manufacturer has jumped on the bandwagon and created a line of tents that use integrated inflatable ‘beams’ instead of the regular poles. We wanted to know if the hype was all just a lot of hot air, or if these tents really did offer something revolutionary for campers.
So, we’ve taken a close look at what’s available in quick to pitch tent systems – inflatable, pop-up and quick-erect poles – and compiled our findings into an easy guide for tent buyers.
The Quechua Air for four people.
Quechua at Decathlon have an Air series with two, three, four – and even a six-person option. Very cheap and some good design features, such as the lightblocking lining on the Fresh and Black range. Some Quechuas can also be customised with extra rooms, a shelter roof, awnings and so on.
Durability is one of the top aspects while searching for a tent. No one wants to be spending money over and over. Everyone needs a tent that can withstand longer periods of sun, wind and rain out in the open.
With this review guide buying an easy up camping tent will be an easy process.
Price Disclaimer The Coleman 2-Person Pop-up Tent is a very popular lightweight pop-up tent among the outdoors brands. It is a high-rated, premium product and regarded as one of the most durable pop up tents that you could find on the market today. The Coleman person pop up tent is one of the smallest around, although you can get Coleman person pop up tent too. So it is definitely one of the best pop up tent for backpacking, hiking and camping for people or great as an extra tent for the kids.
Due to a sturdy and well-balanced construction, this tent is durable and stable. The top part can be removed for star gazing and relaxing, which is a nice touch and makes for a great ventilation. However, this mechanism will not make this tent the greatest leak proof around. With wind and rain the cover will keep flapping, making noise and leaving space for water to infiltrate.
Of course a gazebo canopy is mostly used as shade for a seating area. It not only protects friends and family from the sun, but also reduces bleaching and fade on expensive garden furniture and cushions. A hot tub gazebo will protect and prolong the life of the inflatable fabric.
And best of all the pop up gazebo kits we have chosen to review here have price tags that aren’t going to make your eyes water.
Unfortunately, not all pop up canopies do the job as you would expect them to, and that sucks. As with pretty much anything, there are good products out there and then there are bad ones.
Thank goodness the Canopy Kingpin is here to give you the lowdown on The 2Best Pop Up Canopies For Sale Online just to make your life just a teensy bit easier. He even broke it down for you by price range, so there’s something in this post for all price-points.
So settle down kiddos and pay attention! Here we go…
NOTE: Though all of these canopy products are very highly rated by customers, the Kingpin has gone the extra mile for you to actually list a bunch of bad points for each, just to give you all a clear idea of what you may be buying into.
Wnnideo Instant Dome Five Person Tent
The main attraction behind pop-up tents is the fact that they, well, pop up. Having such a helpful solution to hand means that you don’t end up throwing your hammer away in frustration, quickly followed by your tent pegs. The Wnnideo Instant Dome Tent effectively does what it says on the tin, and offers enough space for five people, ideal for festivals or even a couple of days at the camping site.
Setting up is easy and generally straightforward, and you’ll find that you’ll be able to set up the tent within a minute.
One of the greatest adversaries of any tent can be the elements. Sure, many can withstand the calmer periods, but there are times when the wind and rain can be a real challenge. While it may be not be able to withstand really extreme weather, for its price point, the Wnnideo Instant Dome Tent does a good-enough job of protecting you against unexpected rainfall thanks to its water-resistant material and wind-resistant frame.
Another problem that some people can have with dome tents is the entry point. While they serve a purpose, many can find that they’re often caught on something when entering or leaving the tent. While not a problem in the short-term, it can become a frustrating ordeal if it happens again and again. Fortunately, the Wnnideo Instant Dome offers more than enough room when accessing the tent.
Weighing 8lbs, the tent is easily to transport, and even comes complete with a storage bag for such an endeavour.
Aesthetically, the tent looks as you would expect, and while it looks basic, it does offer a couple of additional features that not pop-up tents come with as standard. For example, there are six mesh panels that not only look to keep insects at bay, but also ensure that there is a breathable space when sleeping in the tent.
Candora 4-Person Instant Pop-Up Tent
Although there are a number of tents that can be set up within minutes, even this can be too long for some. For many they just watch to pitch their tent, and enjoy what the day or night has to bring. As such, the Candora 4-Person Instant Pop-Up Tent could be a worthwhile consideration.
Rather than taking minutes, the tent can actually be setup within a manner of seconds, regardless of whether you’re an adult or teenager. Aesthetically, the Candora is not the most eye-catching of pop-up tents, but very rarely does this affect the buying decision of the consumer, who often just want a solution that suits their needs. The tent is able to sleep up to four people, and there’s even room leftover for your equipment.
While it’s not going to be able to withstand more extreme trips, those looking for a night of fishing or a couple of days camping will find that the Candora Instant Pop-Up Tent a worthwhile investment. As well as keeping you warm, the tent also has sun protection, ensuring that you’re not sweltering during warmer periods. The tent has a waterproof index of Pu3000+. It is protected against wind thanks to specifically-designed glass-fibre rods and stainless steel nails.
The tent is easy to transport, weighing a 3.kg, meaning that it can be taken almost anyway using any method of transport.
While it may not have some of the novelties that many other tents have, it does provide users with a reliable solution that can be pitched in a manner of seconds.
Mountain Warehouse Pop Up Double Skin Man Tent
Evidently, you will have to take your needs into consideration. For example, if you’re looking to go backpacking globally, then it’s likely this tent will falter. However, that’s not to say it’s without its purpose. Those looking for budget pop-up tents generally know what to expect. However, spending wisely could mean that you’re introduced to a cost-effective solution that will work, as long as you use it for the right reasons. IF you’re camping locally, attending a fishing trip or attending a concert, then you will find that the Mountain Warehouse Pop Up tent is more than capable of keeping you warm and dry. However, there are some things to consider.
Regardless of where you pitch your tent, ensuring you keep dry can be one of the most important aspects. Fortunately, the Instant Tent is very confident with its waterproof capabilities, and at such an attractive price point, so it should be. When looking at pop-up tents further down the price range, you would expect at least some leakage. Fortunately, that’s not the case here.
As well as keeping you dry in almost every instance, the Instant Tent also benefits from a robust frame. True, there will be stronger contenders available, but you would be hard-pressed to find something so robust that’s also cost-effective. As well as being able to keep you and your equipment safe from rainfall, inner section comes complete with a ventilation system which ensures that condensation doesn’t linger while the tent is in use.
However, the tent isn’t only a winner when it comes to the colder months, as elements of the tent can also be used during the sunnier periods. As such, you can enjoy your trips to the beach, or even relax at a festival due to the Instant Tent being able to easily convert into a sun shade or beach canopy. Sure, it can be seen as something of a novelty at first, but you soon understand the value when you’re not having to pack a plethora of different items just to go camping.
Space is minimum, allowing for two adults and a child at best, but again this is a very impressive feat given the price range. Overall, those who don’t have a lot to spend but want to ensure quality is at the top of the list could do a lot worse than the Instant Tent.
You get a rising ground sheet that will protect you from our classic weather which is a must as I have spent quite a few nights in tents that don’t have this and watched the water come in on stormy nights. The ground sheet is also easy to clean and with plenty of ventilation as quite often you can get condensation building up in tents.
Talking of ventilation, one of the key focus of this design is optimum airflow. The riser ground sheet allows the cool air to enter at the base of the tent pushing the warm air up and out through the ventilation panels.
The tent comes with a sleeping area of 4.square meters, storage area is about 3.square meters and you will need to have 2square meters to pitch this tent on with a 140-cm headroom.
If you have ever camped out in a gale you will probably know what it is like to have to go out in the middle of the night and start to tighten down the guy ropes. Well, the Coleman comes with two doors so you won’t have to re-pitch if the wind changes direction.
For pitching, the Coleman comes with colour coded poles and pole sleeves which will minimize any errors. When we first started camping we were the main entertainment as we couldn’t work out the correct structure but you don’t get this with the Coleman.
One of the things I like among many, is that you get a power cord vent so you can run power in to the tent if you are camping in a “hook up” area and if you like to cook under cover then there is not a lot of headroom so you will probably have to cook in a sitting position.
Quick and easy to assemble
If you are short on space then the Bike Cave is the key to storing your bike. You won’t have to rummage around your garage or shed and have to struggle to get your bike out.
When you order the Bike Cave you will receive the cave, a carrying bag, instructions on how to construct it, ground pegs and a wall fixing kit.
If you like taking your bikes on camping trips then this may be the answer to where you can keep them over night. It’s obviously not going to be the most secure option but it does have an opening at the back so that you can anchor it maybe to your caravan or tent or a tree and then you could lock your bikes to the anchor. You could also consider getting a small padlock for the zip.
The tent will have to be secured if it is empty but if you have two heavy bikes in it then this should be sufficient to keep it to the ground. If you are not going camping or don’t have any bikes then I have seen some owners admitting to storing their lawn mowers in them as this small tent keeps the contents dry.
Storage bag for easy carry and transport
What I really like about this tent is that you can take the inner tent out and using the fiber glass pole frame, you can erect pavilion style separate tent that will allow adults space to sleep. Obviously, when I say tent I mean more of a pavilion. You would obviously only use this if the weather was good.
This tent is very strong and can resist high winds and is resistant to ultraviolet light. It comes with eight tent pegs, four wind ropes and a carrying bag.
The Adtrek tent is suitable for all types of campers and camping events.
Easily pops open without the use of poles.
I have to say, I never ever thought that one of these types of tents would come in useful, but recently on a holiday to Turkey, my wife suggested that we took one so that we could use it on the beach.
In fact it came in very useful as we used it to store food and drink and used it to change after a swim. Obviously on a beach we didn’t use it for a toilet.
In fact, as a tent toilet on a camping site, I can see that this would be very useful.
Many a time at three o’clock in the morning I have found myself walking across the camping site with a torch trying to find the loo and I suppose if you bought one of those portable camping festival toilets then this pop up tent would be ideal.
QUICK and EASY to set up
One person can easily set up the man tent with flysheet in less than minutes.
Lightweight & portable weighing just 5.lbs (2.59kg). The entire package measure 6.3x18x6.inches (16x46x16cm). Floor: (23+55+23)*83inches / (60+140+60)*210cm. Height: 45.28inches (115cm).
Perfect for hiking climbing in spring / summer / autumn / winter, and will keep you warm and dry even in the strongest wind, the hardest rain, or the coldest snow thanks to strong high quality materials in the tent and flysheet, as well as stability from the aluminum poles.
This tent is ideal for two people and can be set up in less than ten minutes. The materials used are of high quality and with the double stitching makes this tent waterproof. The Geertop comes with two strong aluminum poles which help in making this tent very stable and lightweight.
The inner tent material is made from 2210T breathable polyester and high density fine nylon mesh and the floor material is made from Oxford fabric.
The triangle aluminum tent pegs are strong enough to hold down the two-man tent and the windproof ropes are reflective which means that you won’t be tripping over them on your three o’clock walk to the loo.
Even more important you won’t have unwanted guests tripping over your tent either.
There is a double sided zipper system which allows you to open the tent on either side which I think is a must in the dark or if you are coming back to the tent having been out for the day.
Storage is good on this tent as well. I am all for storage and this tent comes with built in light hooks and storage pockets for your phone, torch and other small items.
The dimensions of this tent are fifty five inches by eighty three inches and the floor area covers thirty two square feet with the height being just over 4inches, so if you are tall you will not be able to stand up in this tent.
There are two entrances to this tent which allows for good ventilation, good access and the two pop-up ventilation windows that are on the flysheet allow for air to flow through the tent in the rain.
The packed size for the Geertop is 1inches by inches by four inches and it weighs approximately 5.lbs.
This is a lightweight sunshade that weighs approximately 5.5lbs. One thing I like about it is the high-quality Italian fabric that provides a cool shade. Having been proudly manufactured in Israel by the developer of the product, the quality of this sunshade remains outstanding.
It is made with versatility in mind hence can be used to provide shade at the beach, for playing by kids or even hanging by the river. When it comes to protection against UV, it is unmatched.
One of the considerations to make before deciding on which tent to purchase is the number of users. The tents vary in sizes, and it is the user to take a decision on the most suitable size. For example, buying a tent with a capacity of people for use with people is inappropriate and can be inconvenient. It is, therefore, advisable to consider the number of people who would use the tent.
Safety is paramount for use of any device. In determining the safety of the tent, it is advisable to establish the terrain of the intended place where the tent would be used. For a flat place, any tent can be erected and stay safe whereas, for a sloppy terrain, a tent with a strong base is recommended.

These tents are designed to accommodate one or two people to even several thousands. They are also used in emergency situations where temporary home structures are unavailable.
Back in the days, tents are mainly made of animal hides and are still used in some countries. However modern tents are now made with lightweight yet durable materials that can withstand any weather conditions.

As we’ve already mentioned, the Mountain Trails South Bend 9- by 7-Foot, 4-Person Sport Dome Tent is a dome style tent. By design these tents are a bit more compact and designed pretty much only for sleeping, resting and getting some much needed protection from rainy conditions. Families, fishing enthusiasts and especially hikers will enjoy the ability to carry around this lightweight tent, while still providing plenty of shelter for multiple campers. This tent would suffice as a three season tent, but lacks the serious insulation needed for extreme cold weather outings.
Other than the carrying bag, you don’t get many accessories with the Mountain Trails South Bend 9- by 7-Foot, 4-Person Sport Dome Tent. But being as this tent is designed for people to travel as light as possible on their outings, that is actually a good thing. In some, warmer environments, though, you could easily use this tent for year round camping fun.
Family Camping Tents
Family camping tents are first that we will introduce in our best camping tent guide 201When we go camping with our family, the excitement is high. Kids are looking forward to have a blast and we can see their excitement on every step they take. Parents can be more overwhelmed when it comes to organizing and preparing a camping trip for a whole family.
Family tents are mostly the large ones and come in different shapes and spacing. Nowadays, tent designers are coming up with tad more complex designs that scale up their favorite shapes of small tents into comparatively bigger family tents.
Going to the expedition to the mountains, ice fishing or somewhere with winter climate? If so, a backpacking tent won`t be a good solution for your extreme camping needs. If you are going to the place where weather changes fast, you need a well-designed tent that will protect you from weather inconveniences.
Expedition tents are built to be as durable as possible because they must stand up to the harsher nature elements. These tents are heavier than backpacking tents, and the best of all camping tents available on the market, for sure. They stand against the rain, snow and wind.
Cabin Camping Tents
Cabin camping tents are different from other types of tents on the market. As their name adressess, they look like a cabin when they are placed. Cabin tents have walls and are heavy.
This is a good solution for groups of people and families who will spend most of the time in the tent. So if you will cook, play games, and spend time with your kids or friends in the tent, then cabin tent is perfect for you. People can move in the tent without bending all the time due to walls.
The Ozark camping tents
Ozark tents are a good solution for those who wish to enjoy some time outdoors camping, or those who simply want to test the waters to see if outdoor camping is an activity they can enjoy.
There are numerous different designs available for those who want to enjoy some level of comfort while in the great outdoors, without spending lots of money.
The shape of a tent is determined by the pole design. For us outdoor enthusiasts, the most common designs are the following: the dome tent, tunnel tent and geodesic tent.
All tents are basically waterproof. A hydrostatic head of 1500mm is the legal requirement for calling a tent’s outer fabric ‘waterproof’. But, there are even tents that have a hydrostatic head of 20,000mm, but are they really more waterproof? The hydrostatic head refers to the amount of water pressure required to penetrate a given fabric. Since the pressure applied to a tent is usually not very high, it doesn’t need a hydrostatic head of 20,000.
However, the pressure on a tent’s floor (a hydrostatic head of 2000mm is considered waterproof) can be significantly higher, seeing as we kneel, sit and lie on it.
It’s always a good idea to use a groundsheet. These serve to provide extra waterproofing. But, always be sure that no water can get between the groundsheet and the tent floor. In addition to providing extra waterproofing, a groundsheet serves to protect the tent floor from sharp objects as well.
There aren’t always enough stones to go around
As you can see, many are quite useful. Another such example is that you can often choose what colour you want your fly to be. Why not? It’s fashionable and makes your tent easy to identify. If you’d prefer not to stand out from the crowd, don’t pick orange. But, if you’re planning on spending time in the mountains, a brightly coloured tent could save your life. When choosing a colour, you might also want to consider how much light you want to shine through your tent. For Scandinavian summers, for example, a dark tent would be a great choice, but a yellow or orange tent will brighten up the mood (and the interior) on cloudy days. Some colours tend to attract mosquitos as well, so if you choose one of those, always remember to close the mosquito net.

Instant Pop-up Tent History Lesson 101
These pop up shelters were originally pop up canopy tents for marketplaces that were made out of cheap material. If these were to be destroyed during a storm, they would have easily been replaced. Today, These are have other uses and being made in other ways that make them bigger and they are made with higher quality materials, such as pop-up beach tents and pop up sun tents. The possibilities are really limitless.

Listen, a pop-up trailer is not nor will it ever be an RV. That means space is going to be constrained no matter what (this will come up again later, so stay tuned).
Many campers are made of metal or wood, and the material is pretty thin. If you’re camping in the heat of springtime or summer, you’re going to start sweating fast. Even if you park in the shade, you’ll still feel the heat.
These Trailers Tend to Be Lightweight
Look, if you’re bothered by the thin walls in these trailers, let’s turn a negative and make it into a positive.
If you’re a beginner who’s just getting into the RVing and camping lifestyle, you may be daunted by large motorhomes. After all, driving one of these is far different than commandeering even a large commercial truck.
There’s so much bulk to be responsible for. You’ll change the whole way you drive. You must make your turns earlier to calculate for the longer backside of the vehicle. You must start braking long before you actually have to so your RV can roll to a stop in time.
By driving a truck or SUV with a trailer attached, you don’t have those worries. Yes, you’ll probably have to tweak your driving technique here and there, but it won’t be a complete overhaul.
The lightweight size of pop-up trailers makes them much more maneuverable, especially when compared to behemoth RVs. You can get an idea of what it will be like commanding a bigger vehicle without all the weight.
Besides the lightweight frame, pop-up trailers are also available in various sizes. That means if you really don’t need a lot of towing space, you can get a trailer that’s small enough that it fits in your garage when not in use.
Now let’s talk money.
I suggest visiting the National Automobile Dealers Association or NADA Guides website for the most up-to-date prices on pop-up trailers. When you’re ready to upgrade and buy an RV, you can also use this resource.
As I’m sure you know by now, a pop-up trailer won’t cost nearly as much an RV. That doesn’t mean it won’t set you back several hundred and sometimes even thousands of dollars.
You know the old motto though, “you get what you pay for.” It’s possible for a trailer to look great in pictures but be crappy and barely functional in person.
Depending on your needs, some factors will be more important to you than others. For example, there is often a trade-off between tent weight and sturdiness. Generally, sturdier tents are also heavier tents.
Will you be doing a lot of shows, and your tent will need to stand up to a lot of wear and tear? In that case, the heavier but sturdier tent may be a good choice for you. Perhaps you won’t have help and are unable to lift heavy items easily. If that’s the case, you may need to go with the lighter tent and trade off some durability.
Genii Sports Pop Up tent
This tent is made for both the novice and experienced campers looking to have a good time camping. It’s got zippers on opposite sides that can be fully opened if the aim is just to throw some shade over your face on the beach, or if you need some major ventilation. Oh, and by the way, the Genii Sports Pop Up comes with a waterproof cover probably for those unfair moments when the world wraths against you and brings down a heavy downpour.
82.7″x52″x50″ are its measurements, not enough to host a party but it can surely fit adults without a fuss. The outer material is of 190T nylon further covered with a UV protective coat to shield you from the sun’s harmful rays.
The internal framework is of durable diehard steel embodied by a 600D Oxford nylon that adds on to the stunning qualities of the tent and its lightweight nature of 6.pounds.
Right line Gear Pop Up Tent
When people talk about the future, robots and stuff, I see the Right line Gear Pop up Tent. I mean, it’s just a thing of beauty from its structural design to its functional purposes. It’s flame retardant to those sparks from camp fires and also acts as a UV rays shield to keep your skin from the damage by the harmful rays.
The tent can be set up in a 30 second time span with no extra skills required. Its 90″ by 72″ by 42″ dimensions provide an ideal large size to comfortably host two large adults and still have room for a sheep.
The tent comes packed with a water resistant Polyester of PU 1500mm taped with sealed seams to discourage any thoughts of getting wet during those rough nights. The Right line tent also comes pre installed with a Polyethylene floor material that makes it possible to set up camp in any ground conditions.
The fiberglass used to build up its internal framework keeps the tent at a lovable 4.75Lb and it has door and two mesh windows to ensure that the air gets in right.
There are basically two styles of instant tent, a “pop-up” style and one that uses an articulated frame. The former are smaller tents and require no setup, they simply pop out of the bag and assemble themselves.
The second kind takes a few minutes longer to attach the poles.
Size When Packed Away
Some regular tents can pack down very small but most instant tents lose this ability as the poles need to remain in place. You should consider how important the size is to you. If you will be transporting it in a car with plenty of space, perhaps it won’t be such an issue.
I mentioned that instant tents are often heavier than their regular counterparts. As with size, this may not be an issue for you, but if you think it’s important, you should take note of how much the tent weighs.
Instant Dome Tent
There are several designs of tents, the main ones being dome tents and cabin tents – although there are others. Dome tents are lower to the ground and resist wind better but offer less room to move. Cabin tents are taller and more spacious.
Young friends sitting in 4-person Instant Tent
It is worth remembering that a tent sold as a two-person tent will be a tight fit for two people and a three- or four-person tent will be more comfortable. It is better to have a tent that’s sold to sleep two more people than it will really be sleeping so that it is not too cramped and hot inside.
This is a four-person cabin-style tent from Coleman. It has an 8’x7’ footprint, stands at 4’10” in the center and weighs 18lbs. Setup only takes a minute or two and it can be set up by one person. The same tent is available in other sizes.
The key question is, how easy is this tent to set up? The answer is: It really is as easy as they claim – but crucially, it is just as easy to pack up. When you’re ready to leave, it doesn’t take much longer to pack this tent away than it does to set it up.
One thing I like about this tent is that it’s big and spacious inside – you can easily fit a queen-sized air mattress inside. However, bear in mind that a four-person tent can comfortably sleep two and not four people. The tent has large windows and the ventilation works well.
This tent does what it is designed for but it is too big and heavy for backpacking and this is not what it is recommended for. It isn’t completely waterproof so don’t expect it to protect you in a downpour – and the rainfly isn’t included so I recommend you buy one if you purchase this tent.
This is a great tent for solo or two-person camping and it takes the hassle out of setting up and taking down your tent. It’s perfect for car camping but you don’t want to take this on backpacking trips and it’s not the best choice if you’re expecting bad weather.
I really like all of these tents and I think they all have their uses. The Coleman four-person and the Core nine-person are good quick set up options when you need something more substantial and the Teton is a good one-person option which you can use in a range of conditions.
Coleman Pop-Up which can sleep one or two and will protect you from poor weather better than the theNORTHblu version – which is why, for me, the Coleman Pop-Up is the best instant tent.
